In our ongoing quest to educate and inform our friends and loved ones about the remarkable, transformative benefits of Neumi’s NutriSwish brand of glutathione, we share valuable insights through posts like this one.

This is my experience using NutriSwish for 3 plus years. I will share Lynne’s story at a later time.

I've been using Neumi’s NutriSwish (a glutathione supplement) for over three years, and the results have been transformative for my health.

In my mid-70s, I noticed declining energy, sleep issues, foggy thinking, and reduced mobility. After starting NutriSwish, changes came quickly.

Within two weeks, my sleep improved dramatically—I now sleep soundly through the night without the need for a CPAP device or sleep aids, and my wife says I no longer snore. I wake up refreshed and energized.

Physically, I regained vitality. Everyday tasks, short walks, and even dancing with friends at our favorite bar every couple of weeks feel easy and enjoyable again. I can still enjoy a burger and a couple of beers without guilt.

Mentally, the fog lifted: better focus, sharper memory, and stronger cognitive function. Emotionally, I'm more balanced, handle stress and anxiety easily, and maintain a positive, grateful outlook.

My joints are flexible with no arthritis pain, my hands are steady (no tremors), and I can get up and down from the floor, tie my shoes, cut my toenails, and walk confidently without shortness of breath.

I've reduced my reliance on medications—still on two low doses for (blood pressure and cholesterol), but my numbers are excellent, and I'm considering discussing reductions with my doctor.

NutriSwish has helped me prioritize health and enjoy a higher quality of life.

Friends say I look 10–15 years younger, which is a nice bonus!

By sharing my story, I hope to inspire others, especially those in our golden years, to explore the benefits of natural health products like NutriSwish.

Taking charge of our Health and Well-being is a vital part of aging gracefully, and I am excited and grateful to be on this journey.

I have come to realize my health is my most important asset; without it, nothing else truly matters.
